Analisis Degradasi Moral Sopan Santun Siswa di SMP Negeri 01 Bandar

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the impact of moral degradation on courtesy in public junior high schools located in Smalungun District, Bandar District, North Sumatra Province. The approach used in this research is qualitative with the type of phenomenological research. The subjects in this study were junior high school students where the research took place. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was a decrease in the morale of good manners in junior high school students at one of the city 01 city junior high schools located in Simalungun District, Bandar District, North Sumatra Province. This can be seen from the results of research that show that there are still students who do not meet the indicators of good manners in behavior in school.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dampak degradasi moral sopan santun di sekolah menengah pertama negeri yang terletak di Kabupaten Smalungun, Kecamatan Bandar, Provinsi Sumatera utara. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah menengah pertama ditempat penelitian ini berlangsung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terjadi penurunan moral sopan santun pada siswa Sekolah menengah pertama di salah SMP negeri 01 bandar yang terletak di Kabupaten Simalungun, Kecamatan Bandar, Provinsi Sumatera utara. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa masih ada siswa yang tidak memenuhi indikator sopan santun yang baik dalam berperilaku di sekolah.
