KORELASI MINAT BELAJAR DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS SISWA SMPN 01 BANDAR
Abstract
This study aims to analyze and explain whether there is a relationship between: (1)The relationship between students 'interest in learning with social studies learning outcomes of students at SMPN 01 Bandar, Simalungun Regency, (2) Relationship of students' learning motivation with social studies at SMPN 01 Bandar students, Simalungun, (3) The relationship of students 'interest in learning and students' motivation to learn together with the results of social studies students of SMPN 01 Bandar, Simalungun Regency. The findings of this study are: (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between students' learning interest and the results of Social Studies students of SMPN 01 Bandar, Simalungun Regency, as indicated by the correlation coefficient (ry1) 0.551 and the coefficient of discrimination by 0.304, (2) There is a positive relationship and significant student motivation with social studies learning outcomes of students at SMPN 01 Bandar, Simalungun Regency, as indicated by the correlation coefficient (ry2) 0.530 and the coefficient of discrimination by 0.281, (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between students' learning interest and student motivation together. - the same as the results of social studies learning by students of SMPN 01 Bandar, Simalungun Regency as indicated by a correlation coefficient (ry12) of 575 and a coefficient of discrimination of 0.330.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan tidaknya hubungan antara: (1) Hubungan minat belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa SMPN 01 Bandar, Kabupaten Simalungun, (2) Hubungan motivasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa SMPN 01 Bandar, Kabupaten Simalungun,(3) Hubungan minat belajar siswa dan motivasi belajar siswa secara bersama - sama dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa SMPN 01 Bandar Kabupaten Simalungun. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan minat belajar siswa dengan hasil belajr IPS siswa SMPN 01 Bandar Kabupaten Simalungun, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi (ry1) 0,551 dan koefisien dertiminasi sebesar 0,304, (2) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajr IPS siswa SMPN 01 Bandar Kabupaten Simalungun, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi (ry2) 0,530 dan koefisien dertiminasi sebesar 0,281, (3) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan minat belajar siswa dan motivasi belajar siswa secara bersama - sama dengan hasil belajr IPS siswa SMPN 01 Bandar,
