Penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang menjelaskan tentang keseluruhan aspek-aspek yang diteliti. Penelitian ini juga merupakan penelitian studi lapangan dengan menggunakan objek kajian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa pada semester V Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris STKIP Al Maksum Langkat yang berjumlah 75 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada &nbsp;penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling yaitu seluruh mahasiswa pada kelas VA dijadikan sampel dengan jumlah 25 mahasiswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara metode pembelajaran interaktif terhadap motivasi praktek berbahasa Inggris mahasiswa STKIP Al Maksum Langkant dengan nilai T<sub>hitung &nbsp;</sub>5,015 &gt; t<sub> tabel&nbsp; </sub>1,7138 &nbsp;dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 &lt; 0,05, dengan nilai pengauru sebesar sebesar 55,2% terhadap motivasi praktek berbahasa. Development based on the ADDIE Model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate). The subject of this research is a learning device, which was tested on students at SD Negeri 058424 Sei Gelugur. The data analysis technique used in this research is the validity analysis technique of learning tools. The feasibility of learning tools is analyzed based on data obtained from the results of validation of learning tools, including syllabus, lesson plans, BAS, worksheets, knowledge tests and media. Analysis of the effectiveness of the device uses analysis of learning implementation, analysis of learning outcomes, analysis of student responses and analysis of learning obstacles. Using a qualitative approach, the study involved in-depth interviews and participatory observation to explore the experiences and practices of counselors in two elementary schools. The findings suggest that counselors have a strategic role in detecting students' problems early, providing appropriate interventions, and preventing new problems from arising. Individual and group counseling has proven effective in helping students cope with problems, while prevention programs have a positive impact in creating a school environment that supports positive social and emotional development. Close collaboration with teachers and parents is key to providing holistic support, while the integration of social and emotional skills learning into the primary school curriculum creates an inclusive learning environment. The practical implications involve further support of counsellors with adequate training and resources. This study aims to explore the challenges and potential utilization of digital-based learning media in learning money and bank materials in class X of Preparatory Private High School. Qualitative research methods are used, involving in-depth interviews with students and teachers, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results showed that the use of digital-based learning media in general contributed positively to students' understanding of economic concepts, but was faced with technical challenges such as the availability of adequate technology infrastructure and lack of training for teachers in using technology. Recommendations from the study include increased investment in technology infrastructure, regular training for teachers, development of quality learning media content, and adoption of more active and project-based learning approaches. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara dan observasi langsung di kelas, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari para peserta didik, guru Bahasa Inggris, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran bahasa Inggris memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam pengembangan sikap, nilai-nilai, dan perilaku positif pada anak-anak. Guru Bahasa Inggris yang mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dan menginspirasi anak-anak memainkan peran kunci dalam membentuk karakter mereka. Dukungan dan partisipasi orang tua dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris anak di rumah juga memiliki pengaruh besar dalam pembentukan karakter anak. Namun, tantangan seperti kurangnya sumber daya dan kurikulum yang relevan perlu diatasi untuk mengoptimalkan peran pendidikan bahasa Inggris dalam pembentukan karakter anak. Interactive media is a form of tool or technology that allows two-way interaction between users and the media. In the educational context, interactive media is often used as a means to facilitate active student participation in learning. The advantages of interactive media lie in its ability to increase student engagement in the learning process. This media can be customized to individual learning needs, providing a more personal and relevant learning experience. The research methodology employed is qualitative with a case study approach, involving </em><em>class </em>XI SMA Swasta Persiapan Stabat. <em>as research participants. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and document analysis. The research findings indicate that the use of Wordwall is effective in enhancing students' interest and motivation in learning. Students exhibited a positive response to the interactive media, providing them with a more engaging and participative learning experience.
